You have opened my eyes to what real pork tastes like. Per your advice, I searched far and wide until I found Kurobuta chops. For comparison I cooked a regular pork chop exactly the same way to the same temperature. Wow! It was hard to believe that both came from a pig. Kurobuta chop was unbelievable -- more flavorful than ribs and more tender than a tenderloin.
