Real Gelato in Southwest Washington!

I was real excited to find Bombe Gelato in Battle Ground Highway 503. They have real, authentic Italian Gelato that is made fresh, right there in the shop. They are family-owned business and I got the sense they appreciate and take note of good feedback and are very interested in the customer's experience and thoughts. The shop's atmosphere is very comfortable and perfect to go to top off the evening after you see a movie at the Battle Ground Cinema next door. They offered 20+ flavors of Gelato and also offer a good selection of freshly made ice cream as well. For Gelato, I recommend the Stracciatella---just the right texture and flavors, but the best thing about this place (and a good secret to share) is they allow you to sample all you want so you can really find the right selection (sampling the fruity flavors sent my taste buds into overdrive and it was hard to decide, but I eventually went with my first instinct). Prices are more than reasonable and three sizes to choose from. They also offer Italian Panini sandwiches and gourmet coffee and espresso. I will be visiting Bombe Gelato often when I am in town again, it raises the bar for good places to go in the area.
