Reading, Kutztown, not big meat eaters

Wow, it's very hard to search these boards on the _town_ of Reading. You get all sorts of results of threads with restaurant reviews people are _reading_. :-p

Husband and I are going to the Kutztown Festival this Sunday, and we'll be eating breakfast and lunch on the road (we have dinner plans back at home). We don't eat red meat, and I'm allergic to shellfish. My husband, in fact, is nearly vegan these days, so a true vegetarian restaurant would be best for him, but he's willing to compromise when we're on the road.

Breakfast could probably be in the Reading area, since we can eat on the way. Lunch, I'd rather do something in the Kutztown area than eat fair food. The greasy-spoon West Reading Diner is always a possibility for breakfast, but I'd love something a little more upscale and less greasy. Lunch, I'll just be happy to go someplace where I can get a salad consisting of more than simply a wedge of iceberg lettuce.

Any ideas?
