Raw Meat!

Thinking back on an earlier thread, and the changes in the variety and quality of meat available in grocery stores in the last decade (big Whole foods fan), I've been wondering something. Which of the following, eaten raw, would be likely to hurt me (I know most would taste really bad)?

- A Steak
- A dry-aged steak
- Ground Beef
- Boneless chicken breast
- A piece from a whole chicken
- A pork chop
- A lamb chop
- Pork or chicken sausage
- An egg
- Crustaceans
- Most fish

And if any of these answers have changed in the last twenty years or so, how?

Mostly just a curiosity thing. Thanks.
