raw fish salad at Louie's California Chinese

recently had the raw fish salad at Louie's - it was $28 for a half order - $55/56 for a full order. I was ordering several dishes in advance and was told that the half order would be enough for a good taste for the 5 of us. What an understatement - an impressively mounded platter came out as our first course - there was easily enough for 8 people and maybe even 10 (as a tasting portion in a multi course meal) As it was, we all had seconds and even thirds of this delicious salad. Fine shreds of several vegetables, fried peanuts and shallots/garlic, green onions, fried wonton strips, lots of color, lots of texture and a very nice dressing that had overtones of sesame, citrus, bit of ginger? - very well balanced - very easy to eat. no bones in the thinly sliced fish.....the fish was one element in a very good salad.....my memory fails me a bit but i might have remembered more fish in the salad that I had at Bow Hon but I would order this salad again without hesitation. I ordered it ahead of time but I'm not sure that it's necessary to do that?
