Raw Bar/Seafood

We would like to go to at least one great seafood and raw bar establishment during our week in Paris. Is it best to go to a restaurant dedicated to that? Or does most any good traditional French restaurant suffice?

I have read a fair amount about Clamato (albeit on English boards). But there are too many places to pick from. It's overwhelming. Any suggestions??
