We enjoy Hong Kong Palace in Rowland Heights for Dim Sum. They have wonderful pastry covered almond tea at noon and very interesting and different dim sum on the weekends. At one time we remember that they earned an "A" when we first went there years ago. Then we noticed a "B" and were a little uncomfortable. But now -- this past weekend -- they posted a "C" grade! It is such a pretty restaurant and the service is wonderful...what's up with this?
I went to the Health Rating Website, but they did not show this rating for this restaurant yet.
