Ramen question

waaahmen | Apr 22, 2005 10:47 AM

I posted this awhile back and no one answered my questions.

Where do the ramen shops in manhattan get their ramen ? I've bought frozen ramen and it taste similiar to some of the ramen served at these places. I assume these places use frozen.

Where can I buy frozen ramen cheaply in manhattan? I'm paying like a buck or 2 per serving (they usually come with some msg laden soup stock). Fresh Chinese noodles are usually around 25 -30 cents per serving without the soup stock.

Thanks.
