As my son nears 3, he is losing his willingness to try things. He used to love offbeat foods such as alligator and pierogi, but now he is starting to get fussy. (There's hope -- he still loves spicy salsa, chili with Tabasco, veggie pizza and chinese.)
How do I raise a kid to be more interested in ethnic takeoff than Kraft mac and cheese and more excited about offbeat eateries than fast-food chains? Any parenting tips from fellow chowhounds?
