Raglan Road in KC's Power & Light - manager a real class act

dmd_kc | Nov 1, 200908:00 PM

Here's a big, big thumbs-up to the manager of the Raglan Road in the P&L District downtown.

Long story short: A party of four of us had an extremely bad service experience there a few weeks ago. The next day, I e-mailed the restaurant about it, and the manager invited me back for a meal on him to make up for it.

Two of us took him up on it Friday night, and I am happy to report that the entire experience was first-rate. The food was very, very good (I had the roasted sage chicken, and my dining companion had the roasted "bacon," which us 'Mercans would call ham). Food, service and ambiance was everything one could expect.

Talk about doing things right. I will definitely be back at Raglan Road in the future.
