Quick and delicious pork chops a la Batali

I made these pork chops last night for dinner and they were so delicious the recipe needs to be shared here. Pork chops dredged in flour, quickly browned at high heat, a little bit of ground fennel seed sprinkled on both sides, a couple splashes of white wine and some crushed garlic. Finish off in a slow oven, then reduce the pan sauce on the stovetop. The little bit of ground fennel had a huge impact on the flavor, these were great with a terrific sauce.
