Chowhounds, please come to the rescue.
I'm having a famous (in our circle) epicure at my house for dinner tonight -- short notice! I have a pretty good plan for dinner tonight anyway, but I want to serve cauliflower.
I've heard much talk about oven-roasting cauliflower, but I've not got a recipe for it.
Please tell me how to roast a cauliflower head (or do you cut it up first?). I plan to drizzle it slightly with white truffle oil afterwards, as I have heard others do.
Any tips on this preparation will help -- and please post ASAP!
