A poster on Yelp has stated that Fong's Meat Market's got new owners and the roast pork is no longer hot from the oven fresh. Can anybody verify if that is true?
One of the things I really liked about Fong's was that they only did two things -- roast pork and char siu. Turnover was so high that everything was piping hot. Big difference in roast pork's skin when it cools down. Does Nam Fong serve hot roast pork? I know they carry many more items than Fong's Meat Market so I'm wondering if the turnover is as fast.
