I am planning a lasagna dinner for a Boy Scout camp out, (Cabin and Wood Stove).
The numbers are:
11 Scouts, (ages 11 to 16), and 7 Adults, Total of 18 people.
Menu: Lasagna, Italian Bread, Soda.
My main concern is gauging the amount of lasagna to bring.
Timing: Ill bring the fully cooked lasagna and warm it up on the wood stove the same day. Ill use doubled disposable aluminum pans.
Also, Im not stuck on lasagna. If someone has a better idea Im all ears.
Like pre-cooked hamburgers to warm in doubled disposable aluminum pans.
