I was gifted a supply of Edible Luster fine pastry dust from Sugarflair in England but have never used it before and there are no directions.
It is applied with a small brush (similar to a blush brush). I have golds, silvers, pale pinks and blues. I will be using it on cutout shortbread cookies.
Does anyone know if this should be applied when the cookies are cooled or still warm?
