QUEBEC SHITAKE STYLE MUSHROOMS

heybaldy | Aug 16, 201503:10 AM     1

I recently returned from Ca. where I was rewarded with a very special liquor of Japanese provenance. I immediately began to plan around my first sampling of this fine and rare drink. My fervent gourmand imagination reminded me of a steamed Shitake recipe a caterer once created combined with sturgeon roe and cooked water chestnut and raw rock pear. I was wondering if We might experiment with some domestic product, and possibly prove that it may be as good. Can anybody direct me to a local purveyor? I am quite anxious to eat this, drink that, and be even merrier, ha ha!
