First Quarter 2020 Baking Cookbook of the Month NOMINATIONS

Caitlin McGrath | Jan 7, 202010:16 AM     32

Greetings, and welcome to the nomination thread for our first Baking/Dessert COTM for 2020, which will run through March. Apologies for getting this going so late; we'll have a fast nomination and voting process so we can jump into the winner by mid-month. What's your baking pleasure for these first cold months of the year? Sweet, savory, bread, pastry, and any manner of treats: All are fair game, and all who are interested in participating are welcome to nominate.

HOW TO NOMINATE: Please type the titles of books you wish to nominate in ALL CAPS for easy recognition. (If discussing rather than nominating a book, please use regular capitalization to avoid confusion.) You may nominate as many books as you wish.

NOMINATIONS WILL CLOSE on SATURDAY, JANUARY 11 at 12 PM PST/3 PM EST.

As a reminder, we have already done the following books since reviving this tradition in late 2015 (please feel free to look up and add to those threads, links to which are available within this thread: https://www.chowhound.com/post/links-...):

Baking Chez Moi

Rustic Fruit Desserts
