First Quarter 2019 Baking Cookbook of the Month Nominations

Welcome to the nomination thread for our baking COTM for the first quarter of 2019, January through March. Sweet, savory, bread, pastry, and any manner of treats: All are fair game. All who are interested in participating are welcome to nominate.

HOW TO NOMINATE: Please type the titles of books you wish to nominate in ALL CAPS for easy recognition. (If discussing rather than nominating a book, please use regular capitalization to avoid confusion.) You may nominate as many books as you wish.

NOMINATIONS WILL CLOSE on MONDAY, JANUARY 7 at 8 PM EST/5 PM PST.
