quality sandwich meats / cold cuts ?

I've yet to find a truly fine purveyor carrying a multitude of cold cuts and/or sandwich meats. I've gotten some from Golden Gate Meats in the Ferry Building before, and their pastrami was really good, but they didn't seem to have too wide of an assortment. And I've also gotten some from the 24th Street Cheese Company in Noe, but again, not a tremendous selection. I'm also a huge fan of Fatted Calf, and they have some good salumi, but no ham.

I'd really love to find someplace that has an assortment of natural sandwich meats, like Niman Ranch ham, or even more artisnal products would be cool. I'd especially love to get some Serrano ham.

It would be even greater if I could find someplace sorta close to where I live in/around the Panhandle, but I'm definitely willing to travel a bit.
