For those who like Wang's Fast Food I am duty bound to inform the group that they have a sister restaurant (more like red-headed stepchild restaurant .. the result of intra-family Issues and general disagreement apparently) on Mass. Ave. in Cambridge.
The place is called Qingdao Garden and it's about 1/4-1/2 mile past Pemberton Farms just past Porter Square. I have yet to eat there but have it on good authority the whoever works the bowels of the place knows how to wield a knife, chop garlic, and generally make himself useful in the kitchen like nobody's business. In a nutshell I am told he kick's it old school, wang's fast food style. If you should go there my guess is you'd be best advised to Introduce The Northern Chinese Cuisine :) but, having yet done so, I can not speak definitively on the subject yet.
Oh and hey Jujubee, thanks for the ride last night. Although the combat zone is rather safe these days the Penang/ Buddha's Delight area fills up with unsavory types selling drugs and/or themselves as the hours drag on (many late night trips to Ginza and Peking Cuisine provide me with such data) and you were wise to secure a walking partner. Anyway, thanks again for the favor of a ride home. :)
Double Oh, there are rumors of worthwhile Korean fare in Woburn. Please do tell, Rubee. I will soon be banished to the area and am desperately seeking culinary solace.
