You may laugh at this question but here goes: I'm planning a "New Orleans" themed dinner for 8. I would like to finish with bananas Foster. The receipe I have {from Brennan's) serves 4. If I double the receipe, I'll end up with 1/2 cup of banana liqueur and 1/2 cup dark rum. What's going to happen when I flame a full cup of booze? It will be done outside for safety (and at night for showmanship) but I don't want to end up holding a saute pan with 10 foot piller of flame! Should I come up with some kind of plan B?
