Im looking to make good versions of these two asian items, in quantity, for an international tea party.

does anybody have good recipes or suggestions? I would like to make pandan or ube puto for eye impact, but overall I want this to taste good and have a good texture. Many filipino recipes call for rice flour for steamed cakes - is this the sticky/sweet rice flour or regular rice flour?

be much obliged for any suggestions and recipes
