The first time I ate there I thought my taste buds were confused perhaps because of the heat in the dishes I was eating. But the water tasted that way the last time I was there, too. It's not unpleasant so much as just surprising.
Do they put some sort of chemical in the water and, if so, is it meant to help cope with the spiciness of the food?
