Anyone come across fresh puntarella? It is an Italian green vegetable -- usually served with an anchovie dressing. It is in season this time of year in Italy. I had it once at Prune -- but oddly enough they used the wrong end of the puntarella and it was awful! Italians use the squiggley ends and make a wonderful salad.
