i posted a week or so ago about the lasagna...well, i made it yesterday and it came out REALLY good. brought it to a "wine club" party with 20 women and everyone raved about it.
i did tweak a few things though:
it called for lowfat coconut milk & lowfat cows milk and i went full force on both. also, it called for turkey bacon and i used regular bacon. my ONLY complaint, was the bacon didnt cook up as much as i would have liked, i think the next time i will try sausage! one more thing- the store didnt have gruyere, so i used smoked gouda. it was TASTY and pretty easy to make, just alot of "add this" "add that" and stir stir stir...
