Pumpkin Pastries

I just finished reading an article/recipe about apple turnovers. And then I started thinking, instead of apple, what if there was a sweet pumpkin filling? Like a chocolate croissant, but with pumpkin instead?

Then I started thinking, I wonder if anyone in LA already makes this?

Any suggestions on where I might be able to find a light flaky buttery pastry with cinnamony pumpkin filling?
