I follow a couple of "fit food" blogs & what-not because they have some awesome substitutes that are super-simple, especially for desserts.
EXCEPT: A lot of the baked goods featured always have protein powder to make it "protein-packed"
For someone who is fairly average, not looking to bulk up (mostly to lose weight & to become healthier) - is that even worth it?
I was going to just switch over to healthier flour substitutes, like coconut flour.
