private luncheon

I'm looking for recomendations for a private room for lunch for approximately 20 people - around Foggy Bottom, or possibly Dupont Circle, maybe even Georgetown. I've spoken to 1789 (closed on the needed date) Kinkeads (pricy, limited menu) and Jeffrey's at the Watergate (very Republican, but most convenient). Function is after a memorial service at Arlington, people traveling from all over the east coast - location and ease of parking is important, as is good food. Willing to spend $25-30, not including tax tips & beverage. I've gotten good ideas from posts on the board, but nothing too recent - any newer suggestions for a NYC chowhounder?
Thanks everyone!
