Has anyone tried any of the pricier imported italian dried pastas out there? Some brands I frequently stare at on display are Benedetto Cavalieri, and Rustichella d'Abruzzo.
Is it all just pretty pacakaging or can anyone attest to really noticing a diffence in taste/texture? Which brand do you prefer and why?
As a point of reference, my current dried pasta of choice is Delverde (which generally runs around half the price of the ones I'm asking about)
