For the first time in 50+ years of cooking, I'm ready to try a pressure cooker. We've done a fair bit of research, and have definitely decided on a Kuhn Ricorn stove-top model, now are just trying to decide which one. It's between the 8-quart, model 3044 stockpot vs. the 8.5-quart model 30331 Family Style Brasier. We're shopping on Amazon http://tinyurl.com/ka9gyj4.
