I just spotted a bin of preserved lemons in my local market, so I scooped up a few to experiment with. Now, how do I use them? I found a chicken recipe on Epicurious.com that looks good, but want some other ideas. Can I chop them up with a vinagarette-based tuna salad? Use with ginger and garlic to saute some spinach?
I was also surprised that they were so small (golf-ball sized) and in an oil-based marinade rather than vinegar-based. Did I get the real thing?
