How to Prepare Israeli Couscous?

Hello. I just discovered Israeli Couscous which I love for the texture, but the flavor seems a bit lacking.

I've been sauteeing the couscous in oil, then simmering in either water or chicken stock. Is there any other simple prepation method that will give it a little more depth of flavor?
