Rochelle McCune | Feb 25, 200311:38 AM

What: Premium Sake Tasting
When: Monday, March 3rd, 6:30 to 8pm
Cost: $15 per person
Where: Lower Haight

I've finally got the sake tasting organized. Its going to be at my friend's restaurant on a Monday which is the night its closed so there will only be sake tasters there....

Come taste a selection of six fine premium Japanese sakes. We will taste two each of the most commonly seen classifications of sake - Junmai, Ginjo and Daiginjo.

Seio Shimada of World Sake Imports will speak a little about the sakes we will be tasting, as well as sake in general. He will also have the sakes we taste available for purchase.

Space is limited. To reserve your space, send an e-mail to sakegirl@rochellemccune.com. I'll confirm your attendance and send you location information.

Note: There will not be food served, just some palate cleansing items. Plan to eat dinner before, or after.
