i recently returned from a trip to germany and france and was struck again by how much better the potatoes seemed to me both in taste and texture...to get to the point just before we flew home we were in bon marche...and i bought and lugged home vacuum packed steamed potatoes which did not have to be refrigerated ,had a 2or3 month shelf life and when heated for a bit in the microwave were terrific...i've never seen this product in the u.s. though the company's web site says they sell here...company name is lunor, in normandy i believe....any information would be appreciated...thanks
