Pot pie question (moved from Site Talk)

I am making two large chicken pot pies for a friend. She is having a gathering and will be out of the house for about 4 hours and would like them ready when she arrives home to serve.

What is the best way to handle this? Should I bake them and freeze and then have her reheat in the oven on a low temp? Or should I freeze and have her cook at a low temp? My concern is the crust. I really don't want to disappoint her gathering, but maybe someome should be home to put the pies in an hour before.

Please help!
