Post-visit to SEA - Brief review

I was in town 2 weekends ago for a wedding and stayed in Capitol Hill. Though most of my food needs were covered by the festivities, I wanted to mention the three great places I managed to eat at:

Top Pot - incredible latte and the best old fashioned glazed doughnut.
Baguette Box - fabulous coconut milk braised tofu on a a crusty baguette.
Vios - Greek tapas at large communal wood tables. The grilled flank steak, beets, octopus, am more were very well done. There was an unidentifiable accompaniment to the steak that was superb.

I was taken to these restaurants by Seattle residents and was very impressed. I could do it all over again. Thanks Seattle!
