My son is in his school play this weekend, and we have guests coming to see it Sat. night. He'll be wired and I really hate to eat before 7, so I'm planning a post-performance supper and would really like some light, quick-service ideas, as I don't want to be cooking at 10.
So far I've decided on gravlax with bread, maybe with little individual salmon mousses. The kid's not big on vegetables yet--he's 12--and I don't make him eat things he doesn't like. He loves food, though--anchovies, olives, all fish, pretty open to anything ungreen.
