Portland Pancake Emergency!

I am having a serious pancake craving. I want tall, fluffy, buttermilk pancakes with real maple syrup. No fruit, no nuts, no whole grains, nothing fancy. And no pale, pasty, gooey pancakes. I need a fully-cooked, deep golden-brown stack of pancakes. Quality is far more important than quantity. Somewhere without a ridiculous wait would be ideal, but I'm willing to go to great lengths to get a good pancake right now. I don't care about potatoes, but a side of good bacon or sausage would be a plus.

I'm considering Gramma Lucy's, Emanon's, Original Pancake House (though they use a sourdough starter? is that for all pancakes?). Any opinions on any of these or suggestions of other spots would be very much appreciated!
