From our shopping and paella snack from MF Tasty https://www.chowhound.com/post/mf-tas... , we headed to Portland Mercado. Not much has been said about it here since its opening three years ago. https://www.chowhound.com/post/portla...

Portland Mercado is a public market with an incubator commercial kitchen and home to nine food carts. The carts offerings represent different Latin American cuisines. They're open daily and on Mondays and Tuesdays only four food carts are open with the others taking the day off. Websites for those that have them are linked on the mercado's url below.
