I just got back from a trip home to the midwest. While home, I got to experience something from my childhood - a pork tenderloin sandwich. Yum. It's a piece of pork that's been pounded really thin, breaded and then fried. It's served on a bun (usually with sesame seeds) with a pickle and mustard. The pork is crunchy and is so big it hangs over the bun.
Now, I'm craving more (and with all my gushing about it, several co-workers want one) BUT I haven't been able to find a place around that sells them. Any ideas?
