Pork Rind & Fatback

I'm making Julia Child's cassoulet for Christmas, and can't find PORK RIND. In fact I don't even know what it is. Does anyone out there know pork rind and where I might get it in SF or Bay Area??

Also, looking for fatback for a terrine. Can't find it either.
