I know I should probably just throw it out, but...
I defrosted some minced pork, in its plastic covered package, out of the fridge overnight. In the morning I forgot to put it in the fridge and only noticed I'd forgotten when I got home from work in the evening, at which point I put it in the fridge. So it was out defrosting and then just sitting for a total of 18-20 hours at room temp.
Is there any chance I can cook it safely or should I just chuck it?
