Woke up this morning thinking about trying this method and of course found a great discussion here on this board on the very topic. Yumyum mentions a Saveur recipe with sage, garlic and lemon zest which sounds more interesting to me than the traditional milk-only recipe but I can't find it on the Saveur site. If anyone can email it to me that would be great -- or simply respond with rough amounts of each to add to the basic recipe. Thanks!
PS -- someone mentions in the discussion that it is tough to find the right accompaniments -- any suggestions from those who make this regularly? I was thinking maybe baked sweet potatoes and braised greens?
