Votes for best pork purveyors/butchers in town? I am trying to find a reliable source. As this part of the country isn't as fixated on "the other white meat" as others, I am finding that it can be difficult and expensive to find a good selection of less commercial/high quality cuts.
I am ideally looking for a source for offal (organs as well as "variety cuts"), blood, fresh belly; essentially, nose to tail. Think you can help?
