Has anyone tried to make pineapple jelly using Dole or other store bought pineapple juice or even any other fruit juice? I have made pineapple jelly using store bought juice with Certo/Sure-Jell pectin before and had much success...everyone loved it. I would now like to try it with Pomona's pectin to be able to use less sugar but I am unsure of the ratios to use. Same with wine jelly...I have made it with commercial pectin but unsure of how to do it with Pomona's. Can anyone help? Thanks!
