Had a nice meal at Pomodoro last night.
Since theirs is one of my favorite red sauces, I was torn when a few non-red-sauce entrees called out to me. SO I satisfied my red sauce lust in the first course by dipping the fried calamari (excellent : light and sweet, plus a flaky batter) in marinara. Then moved onto Veal with a green olive risotto and vidalia onion jam. Intense flavor, comforting textures. It was quite enjoyable!
