I finally made it in the place. The line was not out the door, the first time I have seen it not out the door so far. There are separate lines inside for take-out and dine-in. The take out line took about 10-15 minutes. Not too bad.

I ordered only chicken, plus sides of beans and spicy rice. The chicken is as good as ever IMHO (I used to eat it during travels to central america). It has a crisp and very tasty crust, not at all like the normal crust at KFC etc but thin like some Chinese dishes. Full of herb/spice flavor but I can't pin down just what. I did notice that the smaller pieces like wings, with a higher crust-to-interior ratio, were better. The beans were also very good. Like a thick pinto bean soup with veggies and sausage mixed it, for a fatty amd spicy flavor. The rice was not memorable.

If you eat in it is waiter service, even tho it is fast food.

On the whole, certainly worth a try as long as the line is short. I would suggest you stick with the chicken pieces and beans (forget the nuggets and the other sides).

The one on Columbia Pike is just west of Bailey's Crossroads, just past Full Key. There is also one in Herndon, and more coming.
