At the Reading Terminal yesterday I saw a vegetable that was new to me....the farmer called it "poke" and told me it wdas a native American uncultivated product that is rarely seen and is cooked like asparagus. Has anyone ever tasted it or prepared it? Thanks for any information you might have.
