Went there for lunch today with my 7-year-old son. As others have said, zero atmosphere. But the food was delicious! I'd never tried Hyderabadi food before, and found it less rich/creamy than other Indian cuisines. It was spicy yet had delicate flavors too. There were four main dishes:
* very spicy chicken
* less spicy chicken
* okra
* potatoes and mixed veg
plus rice, bread (similar to naan I've had elsewhere but a bit stiffer and drier--almost like pita) and a dessert that had vermicelli noodles and condensed milk.

Eyebrows went up when I came in with my son, but he happily chowed away as his cheeks became flushed and he started to perspire. "Brave kid," one man said. Another customer said "This is too much for me," and crossed himself.

K&T is at 33 Lexington St in Waltham, just off Main St. in Waltham Center. Lunch buffet is $5.99.
