Planning to take a food expedition tour of the following cities; Beijing, shanghia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. I will be traveling with a Chef, and food writer to hopefully publish our first Food Tours of China guide. Ideally we will explore local delicacies, traditional and regional cuisines, and specialty vendor style foods.
